I have had a screenshot of this treadmill workout saved on my phone for years. This is a high-intensity cardio run/incline walk that I enjoy and am happy to share. This is a great 30-minute cardio workout that will continue to challenge you. Recently I have been doing this workout as the cardio before weightlifting, making the total time in the gym 1 hour.
When I was traveling for work and did not have much time in the mornings, I would pop up to the hotel gym and do this workout which I knew was guaranteed to make me break a sweat. The great thing about this workout is it is easy to modify and work on building up to this. You can reduce the incline, or you can walk extra time in between the runs. I love that the runs are only 1 minute long. You can do anything for 1 minute. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
