I believe that nourishing our bodies with delicious, real food combined with a healthy and balanced lifestyle can transform anyone into feeling their best and living the life we all deserve and strive for. There is endless information out there and it can become overwhelming for many people. Finding the right balance can be tricky and I am here to help you through this. I believe in sticking to the basics and focusing on what is in our own control, our homes. At Well Balanced with Britt I am dedicated to helping you take control of your own health along with sharing how to create a happy and healthy home for the ones we love the most.

These are the core values that I use as my own foundation
Sunlight Everyday
Get outside as early in the day as you can! Walk, read, play, run, rest, breathe.. whatever it takes but get outside and soak up that sun. The morning sunlight supports a balanced circadian rhythm (aka better sleep), a healthy mood, and lowers stress levels to mention a few!
Eat Real, Nutritious Food
Real food fuels our body and allows our body to heal. Food is medicine! Real, nutrient dense food is delicious. Learn to love what you eat!

Remove Toxins to Feel Better
We are exposed to toxins everywhere and this heavy load can do a number on our health. Cleaning products, pesticides, EMFs, beauty and personal care products, processed foods are all areas where we can remove toxins and improve our own health.
Deep, intentional breathing that is! Breathing can support digestion, reduces stress, and calms the nervous system. Free, easy, and impactful. Sign me up!

Trust Your Body
Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep and set a consistent sleep pattern. This is our bodies time to regroup and re-energize. How we live during the day reflects how we sleep at night. And how we sleep at night affects how we live during the day. Once you make this connection you are on your way to being set up for success.
